What the Supplier Hub does

Accreditation decides whether an organization may supply a particular client. The hub is where that process happens: you give your information once, the Procurement Department of your chosen partner reviews it, and the outcome becomes the supplier record both sides work from afterwards.

One account across partners

  • You keep a single Supplier Hub account no matter how many partners accredit you.
  • Each accreditation is assessed independently by the partner concerned.
  • Approval by one partner is not approval by another.
  • A second application reuses the account you already have.

Information kept confidential

  • Your application reaches only the partner whose code you entered.
  • One partner cannot see another partner's assessment of you.
  • Uploaded documents are stored privately and released only to authorised reviewers.
  • Every access to your documents is recorded.

A process you can follow

  • Nine guided steps, saved as you go.
  • Your documentary requirements are worked out from your own profile.
  • If something needs correcting you are told exactly what, and only that becomes editable.
  • Status is visible at every stage without having to chase anyone.

From application to accredited supplier

Every supplier follows the same route, whatever the size of the organization.

01

Accept the declaration

Read and accept the Declaration, Terms of Use and Privacy Notice before any information is collected.

02

Verify the partner

Enter the Accrediting Partner Code from your client. The hub confirms the organization before you invest time in the form.

03

Complete nine steps

Company details, addresses, contacts, banking, capabilities, compliance, documents, risk assessment, and a final review.

04

Submit for review

You receive an Application Reference Number and a Temporary Supplier Code. The application locks and enters the review queue.

05

Procurement reviews

The partner verifies your information and documents. They may approve, return specific sections for correction, or decline.

06

Accreditation and access

On approval your Temporary Supplier Code becomes permanent and the contacts you nominated receive portal access.

What to have ready

Your exact documentary requirements depend on your legal structure, tax classification and government registrations, and the hub works them out as you go. These are the ones almost every applicant needs.
