Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the REDTECH One Supplier Hub. By accessing the hub, beginning an accreditation application, or signing in to the Supplier Portal, you accept them on behalf of the organization you represent and confirm you are authorised to do so.
They cover the platform itself. They do not set the commercial terms between you and an Accrediting Partner, which are a matter between you and that organization.
2. Who does what
| Party | Role |
|---|---|
| REDTECH DYNAMICS SOLUTIONS CORP. | Owns and operates the platform. Provides the technology through which suppliers and Accrediting Partners deal with each other. Is not a party to that business relationship unless it is itself the Accrediting Partner. |
| Accrediting Partner | The organization you apply to. Decides your accreditation, sets its own documentary requirements, and owns its business records. |
| Supplier | Your organization, applying for or holding accreditation with one or more partners. |
| SAVVYCORE GLOBAL INC. | Implementation, onboarding and training. Has no unrestricted access to client data without express authorization. |
3. Who may use the hub
The hub is for organizations seeking or holding supplier accreditation, used by individuals those organizations have authorised. It is not for personal use.
To begin an accreditation you need an Accrediting Partner Code from the organization you intend to apply to. Possessing a code does not entitle you to accreditation; it allows you to apply.
4. Accounts and credentials
- Accounts are created only after an Accrediting Partner approves an accreditation, and only for the contacts you nominated for portal access.
- Each person uses their own account. Shared credentials defeat the audit trail and are not permitted.
- You set your own password through a secure, time-limited link. Nobody at REDTECH or at an Accrediting Partner sets or learns your password.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- Accounts are disabled rather than deleted, so historical records keep a valid actor.
5. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of what you submit, and for having authority to submit it. Accreditation decisions, and later the processing of transactions, rest on it.
Providing information that is false, misleading or incomplete may result in an application being declined, an existing accreditation being suspended or revoked, and such other remedies as are available at law or under your agreement with the Accrediting Partner.
Material changes to your legal identity, tax profile, banking details, authorised representatives or regulatory registrations must be reported through the Supplier Information Update process once it is available.
6. Documents and confidentiality
Documents you upload are stored privately and released only to your own organization and to authorised reviewers of the partner you applied to. Access is recorded.
Where a partner gives you access to its confidential information through the hub, you must keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose it was provided.
7. Accreditation decisions
- The decision belongs to the Accrediting Partner alone. REDTECH does not make, influence or overturn it.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee accreditation.
- A partner may approve, return the application for correction, or decline it.
- Approval by one partner is not approval by another. Each relationship is separate.
- A decline by one partner does not affect your standing with another.
- Whether a new application may be submitted after a decline is determined by that partner's policy.
8. Permitted use
You may use the hub to apply for accreditation, maintain your supplier information, follow the progress of your applications, and use the functions available to your organization.
9. Prohibited activities
- Accessing, or attempting to access, information belonging to another supplier or to an Accrediting Partner you are not dealing with
- Altering a reference, identifier or request parameter to reach a record you are not entitled to
- Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without written authorization
- Uploading malicious software, or a file whose contents do not match what it claims to be
- Automated access, scraping or bulk extraction without written authorization
- Sharing credentials, or allowing someone else to act under your account
- Submitting information you know to be false, or documents you know to be forged
- Interfering with the operation of the platform or with another user's use of it
- Using the platform in breach of applicable law
10. Availability
We aim to keep the hub available and to give notice of planned maintenance where we can. The hub is provided on an as-available basis. Unless a separate written agreement sets a service level, no uptime figure is promised here, and we do not make one up.
11. Third-party dependencies
The hub depends on services we do not control, including hosting, network connectivity and email delivery. A failure in one of those can affect availability or the delivery of a notification. Notifications also remain available inside the platform, so an email that does not arrive does not leave you without the information.
12. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and documentation belong to REDTECH DYNAMICS SOLUTIONS CORP.. These terms grant no licence to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
Information and documents you submit remain yours. You grant the Accrediting Partner and the platform the rights needed to process them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension
Access may be suspended where there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, where there is a security risk, or where the law requires it. Where practicable we will say why and what can be done about it.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, the platform is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. REDTECH is not liable for an accreditation decision taken by an Accrediting Partner, nor for loss arising from information you submitted that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a separate written agreement governs liability between you and an Accrediting Partner, that agreement prevails on that subject.
15. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version is shown above, and continuing to use the hub after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Where a change is material we will give notice through the platform.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
